After sooo long, finally going back to post again... then main reason that i will post again is because i really really piss off... my Dear tel mi that i need to trust and believe the person can do and will do it... ya i always believe them in the beginning, but their attitude and character towards it is like totally different!!! Yes i know you all are busy wif all ur things and stuff etc... Does mean that i was not busy wif my stuff too??? I have completition to do but without all the teammates participate it... my dear say as a leader i cannt everything i do iy myself and let the others rest do... ya i let them do, but not all the rest really out the little effort to do it... only some of them which i really really appreciated as i can see that they all are doing work... I can be very happy and glad even they give a small effort put in... But i dont seem like this case... I call them afew times and sms afew times.... NONE OF THEM REPLY ME AT ALL!!! even you all are really really busy all those, i dont believe u all dont see ur phone for 24hours? I have call and sms, 1 of them can reply me 1 week later =,=" WTF now technology soooo advance and everyone have their boy-girl friends... DEFINITELY will see handphone de... but why they dont reply or call back even see a miss call???

This is sooo obvious... avoiding the call or sms... i really hate it sooo much and i know how my father can feel... we also never ask call he was sooooo angry... YA I ANGRY TOO... but i see his miss call... i will definitely call him back... BUT "THEM" which i refering to not even a call or sms... dont they have the guilty feeling... even can be part of it or whatsoever... cant them even a reply??? I was thinking if their attitude like this next time come into industry, u dont know the number u dont answer you might have a high chance of lossing the job... even if u dont want do it or like it cant u jus give a reply? I know u all can say when the time come to me what i describe above, i will do the same thing... BUT SORRY I HAVE TO TELL U ALL I WILL NOT!!! cos ihave experience it...

got 1 time i was damn damn damn PISS OFF by this fren of mine... cos sms and call her,she dont even reply and the datedue is round the corner... i was damn damn fled up... almost last min or on the day itself she reply she cant do it all sort of stuff... since she cant do it she should tel mi in advance... so i can fnd replacement those stuff...after this event she told to me asking me for sch stuff... though i was damn damn damn ANGRY,PISS OFF, FLED UP wif her... i still give her what she want from me just tat abit later, definitely not 24 hours no reply, NOW CAN SEE THE DIFFERENT!even ppl treat me bad in this way,does mean i treat them in the way they treat me...

Therefore i have been a leader for many events... I am sick and tired of those who does care but still act like care de... even i not a leader in some events but i was involve in end, i will do my responsibility to at least participate and do my part... but "them" does not seem like so...HAIS HAIS HAIS HAIS!!! DISHEARTED!!! See so many times, How can i trust u all??? How can i put 100% work to you all and believe u all can do well & grow? I am a reality person, I only believe what i see and the proof shown!!! If i was really wrongly "accuse" you, then prove me wrong and i will DEFINITELY appologise!!! Show me you all can do it if not i will nv tink i was wrong... u all might think i was zi ta da... u all can think how bad i am... i know myself and what i want... Sorry I am Who i AM, VIRGO, THE PERFECTIONIST!
